These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and the purchase of products made available on the Site (the “Products”). By accessing or using the Site, you (the “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
The Site is operated by ASICS (collectively, “ASICS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). References to “you” or the “Customer” mean the individual using the Site and/or placing an order. These Terms apply to purchases delivered within the United Kingdom.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will apply from the date they are published on the Site. Please review the Terms regularly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and apply in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
1. Purpose
These Terms regulate the use of the Site and the sale of Products to Customers located in the United Kingdom. ASICS sells the Products displayed on the Site, subject to availability.
2. Term
These Terms take effect upon publication on the Site and remain in force until removed or replaced.
3. Registration on the Site
a. To purchase Products, you may create an account using a valid email address and accurate personal details. You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of your account.
b. You must not impersonate another person or provide offensive, vulgar, or obscene information.
c. We may refuse registration or cancel an account at our discretion if you breach these Terms.
d. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential.
4. Use of the Site
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Returns and Warranty policies, and our Privacy Notice (UK GDPR compliant). You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining internet access to use the Site.

6. Product Availability and Prices
All Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Prices shown on the Site are in GBP and include VAT. Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout and depend on the delivery address and chosen service. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you submit your order.
7. Billing and Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order is subject to authorisation by your payment provider. No contract is formed until we accept your order and send a dispatch confirmation email.
Once payment is approved, we will email your order confirmation and provide details for tracking your delivery.
8. Delivery Times and Terms
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout via our courier partners. Estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and may vary by location and service. Delivery is within the UK only (certain remote areas may be excluded or subject to longer lead times).
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., adverse weather, strikes). If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately; if the order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to amend it.
Upon delivery, please check your parcel before signing (where required). Risk passes to you when the Products are delivered to the specified address. If packaging appears damaged or tampered with, note this with the courier and contact us.
Couriers may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to rearrange delivery or refund the order (less any delivery charges where applicable and permitted by law).
9. Returns and Warranty
Change-of-mind returns: You may return Products within 30 days of receipt provided they are unused, unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., socks, accessories) may be non-returnable unless faulty. Return requests must be initiated via the returns form/chat on our Site. Return postage options and any costs will be shown during the return request.
Condition of returned items: Footwear should be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Items must be free from wear, marks, odours, deodorant or make-up traces. We may refuse refunds for items returned in an unsuitable condition.
Faulty products (your legal rights): If your item is faulty, misdescribed or not of satisfactory quality, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Depending on the circumstances and time since delivery, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, or a refund. Please initiate a warranty/quality claim via our Site. We aim to respond within 10 working days of receiving the item for inspection.
10. Wrong Item Sent
If you receive the wrong Product, please submit a return request via our returns form. We will provide instructions to return the incorrect item and arrange a replacement or refund.
11. Care Instructions
To preserve product quality:
a. Wash in cold water with mild liquid detergent; do not use bleach or corrosive agents.
b. Do not soak or wring.
c. Do not machine-wash footwear.
d. Do not use stiff brushes on garments.
12. Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the Products. To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day period using the contact options on our Site. You then have a further 14 days to return the items.
We will refund the price paid (including standard delivery costs, if charged) within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
13. Promotions
Online promotions may differ from those in physical stores. Offers and prices are subject to change or withdrawal at any time. Promotions are valid until the stated end date or while stocks last.
14. Delivery Offers
Free delivery promotions (if any) apply as stated on the Site and may exclude certain locations (e.g., remote areas, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands). Enter your address at checkout to see available services, costs and timings. Delivery promotions may vary based on basket value or other criteria.
15. Payment Reversal / Unauthorised Transactions
If you suspect an unauthorised or fraudulent transaction, please contact us promptly and notify your card issuer or payment provider. Chargeback rights may apply under your card scheme rules.

You agree to comply with all applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws, including the Bribery Act 2010, and confirm you are not subject to sanctions or on any restricted party list.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
